Because of a Change in my Credit Card as issued by the Bank, I visited the store and asked to change the Credit Card details for my wife. They asked me to first clear the current dues, which I did. Fortunately I did not throw away the Receipt.
Today I received a Bill from Vodafone which included the paid amount as pending.
Is this the new way you found to cheat your customers.
What if I did not preserve the receipt.
Surely I would be running in circles and you exonerate yourself.
