Mahindra Holidays - is this a Fraud

I am NOT a member of Mahindra Holidays.
every month, when my Credit Card Payment is due I check the Statement received by email to ensure the amount due is in Account so that I do not falter on Payment and my Credit continues.
Yesterday I noticed an amount charged on me for which I know Nothing. Can someone explain why this FRAUD is committed on me. See screenshot below of my statement
