HDFC Life.......why can you Not STOP telling Lies

I did receive my Insurance Policy Kit in November 2017

 

The Payment for this was deducted from my account as below 

 

Later in December I received a Thank you  Letter by mail

 

                   And then the Bombshell in today's mail
