Tragedy strikes once again.
The only way to resolve this situation is to set up a judicial enquiry and get a decision in 30 days. Accountability laid and those identified for the lapse punished as per law. No appeals. Punishment is a must if caused by delays and negligence of public servants.
Punishment is a must if Panic creators are identified. We also need to be taught on Disaster Management, and Disaster discipline. Unless this is part of our curriculum, such situations will repeat by Panic creators who are uncivilized. We all are ingrained with the Herd mentality.
