There are many talented Indians who venture out to start small websites to cater to a niche Global audience.
As long as they are not cheating or are fraudulent up fronts, the Government should encourage their existence and livelihood of these individuals.

Payments by members though not much, were received via Pay Pal the Payment Gateway.
Since 2016 June, payments made through Pay Pal are being declined.
I understand this is because of the new GOI rules. I would appreciate if there is any compliance required of individuals, you can ask for our PAN Card to be linked to the Payment Gateway, so that our Gross / Net earnings are filed/ reflected in the ITR.
This is a better way for compliance and a win win situation for all.
