Why is NDTV Promoting China

Yesterday we all took a Vow Not to use any Chinese Software and Hardware

Most Indians deleted all softwares instantly. This morning as I was watching NDTV, as it was assumed to be an Indian Channel, and supporting Indian causes, was Surprised to find they do the exact opposite and run a full length program supporting Xaomi. Has the ownership changed hands from Pranoy Roy to the Chinese establishment. If Not...
Time we decided where our loyalties lay. You can't have your Bread buttered both ways Sir. or maybe it's time we Indians Boycotted NDTV

Million Migrants March

The events unfolding due to the Pandemic is unforeseen, unheard of and it's impact will be felt for a very long time.

While one cannot blame the GOI for mishandling it, which I think would not be any better had the opposition been in power, my only observation was at these Pandemic Times the Hon. Minister of Railways could have been more helpful in ensuring the migrants could return home with honour. I get the impression that he was only trying to score brownie points on TV, and stake his status up the ministerial ladder.

Unfortunately it has fallen flat, and as the Voice of many of our countrymen, it has not gone well with anyone. We could have brightened the score board later, but the sight on every channel, of Men, Women and Children walking, most bare feet, with no resources at hand, some hungry from the time they left for their hometowns.

History will condemn us in posterity, for having failed our own.
No amount of Press bad mouthing the opposition will help.
Bharat has Lost it's right to livelihood and India it's Life

The Rs 20-lakh crore package

The Rs 20-lakh crore package announced by FM Sitharaman

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday announced the fifth and final tranche of the Rs 20-lakh crore economic relief package announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

To understand the usefulness of the announced Package and it's Impact on the mentioned recipients within the prescribed Timelines, it would be nice to have a weekly Impact Analysis done and check it's Usefulness & Reflection on the recipients, be it Farmers, Industrialists, MSME's, or others.
This could then be published on the GOI website regularly, so that all unpleasant discourses on the subject be put to end.

HDFC and Aditya Birla Health Insurance

I was informed about the Aditya BirlaHealth Insurance Policy when I spoke to my Branch Representative of stopping the HDFC Health Insurance Auto Debit feature. He adviced me to opt for Aditya Birla, which was a better Health Policy.

I said I would and because of a long association with HDFC, I submitted all details on phone as Lock down was in force. The next day I got a message of my son being terminated from his assignment after a decade in service. I called up my Bank Representative and asked him to stop proceeding with my Form.

Subsequently I kept receiving calls from Aditya Birla back office staff I assume, and kept telling all, I do not wish to do my medicals or proceed with the policy due to the sudden turn of events

We are both retired senior citizens, and our son is the earning member

This morning I checked my Credit Card statement and noticed a debit of
Rs 19307+Rs 13858 = Rs 33165

I did call and speak to my Bank representative now as I post this. He said don't worry, it will be credited back to your Account. My contention is why deduct in the first place when the application is incomplete. Is it a Scam by the Bank to roll public Money for some time before return. I hope and Trust my Money be Credited forthwith without delay. see scanshot of my statement below

How to Jumpstart the Economy

The Day we decide to get started living normal lives, is the day we need to jump start the economy.

How best to do it than running a Hundred odd trains, FREE for migrants who were employed in other states, be it farming, manufacturing, construction or any other activity.

We managed to get him to his hometown at No Cost. Now let's get him back to his place of work at No cost.

All will travel with proper Aadhar Cards so if anyone takes a free ride to nowhere, he can be identified. Those without Aadhar Cards need to submit their application for the same, so that future identification is possible.

You already have the details of those who traveled home from point A to point B
You just need to tick these when they return from B to A.

With full attendance of every resource person in place, we will be back stronger and faster.

The Exit Strategy

The better way to exit the lock down is to start informing through all possible media and channels that after 17th May, when the Lock Down is lifted, No one should be found moving around unless absolutely necessary. Public must always have their Aadhar Card at hand when asked for, and if later found infected, he will only be placed under home quarantine. Hospitalization only if beds are available. This one announcement will ensure many refrain from mass movement.

Workers will return to their workplaces as per schedule planned by their Managers. Farm workers too will return to the farms as mentioned earlier

Factories & Offices be allowed to work in 3 shifts so that distancing is possible and work continues unimpeded and the economy  gets back to it's feet.

We have to accept a marginal rise in cases, and have home cures, like regular washing of hands, social distancing, drinking of hot water at regular intervals, steam inhalation at regular intervals.

News Readers or Multi Talented Advisors

Why can we not have news readers on various channels, restrict themselves to providing news, plain vanilla news, without having to add their personal opinion or solutions.

We have experts on all subjects. When they do an interview on a given subject, you see them guide the Advisor by asking pointed questions and then answering the same query, pretending it to be the opinion of the Advisor or Consultant, and claiming it to be Breaking News. This distortion should be stopped altogether

Why have these debates, where the Host/Facilitator of the debate arrives with a fixed opinion, and then snubs those whose line of expression is not in tandem with his. He is the danger to our Society. One screaming at High Decibels, and the other having a similar effect in his quieter tones, provoking our relations with fellow citizens within the country, and or provoking our neighboring countries and creating an embarrassing situation for the GOI. Whipping public passion is not and should be NOT part of his role play.

Most of these News readers have a solution to every issue facing the Nation.
There is No Accountability to their opinion. They seem to have the unseen Right to question every move. This is not then a News Channel. If not stopped today, tomorrow they may outgrow their boots. Time to Think and Act

Revoking Permission for Liquor shops is not the way

Just saw this message

Permission should have been given only for shops for doing home delivery
by regular staff only. Delivery cannot be more than 1 litre per household against liquor permit. Those who do not have a permit should be issued one by the shop management and accounted for. No permit No liquor.
This would be a win win situation. Liquor sales would happen, Revenue generated, and citizens also satisfied and no queue's anywhere.

Handwara Encounter

Apologies, Regret Notes, Promises and more ........
to Teach the enemy a Lesson

Wonder why we do an upfront operation to kill the enemy while trying to save hostages, and in the process lose our valued soldiers as happened today

Why can't we use hand grenades that emit a smoke causing all in the restricted area to be numbed or unconscious for a short while( say 30 minutes), during which time the soldiers well secured in protective equipment handcuff the terrorists, the hostages recover after 30 minutes and life resumes as normal.

This is the only win - WIN advice I can give
