I am totally disappointed with the service rendered.
From April I have been chasing my Relationship Manager at HDFC life,
Mr Mudit Karnawat, to provide me my Payment Receipts as needed
Wanted to take charge of my own account, but unable to login too
He logged and showed it to me at the Bank at Juhu-Versova Link Road
When I got home it would not open
From then until date he says the system is down ( almost 5 months now)
I have posted it all at
Appreciate if after reading my plight you can assist me resolve the issue.
