Is UBER UnOrganised in Mumbai......




The past few attempts with booking a Uber has been very very frustrating

Last week we were made to wait for over 45 minutes as the message said 5 minutes away, then 4 then 3 then 1 and again 5 minutes away,.
The map showed the vehicle close then moving ahead of location.
This cat and mouse continued for over 45 minutes.

Can we not have a way that when a Uber is Booked, the Driver who is assigned, immediately calls up the client and asks for location. Sometimes understanding the location maybe incorrect. Better to speak, understand and arrive on time.
Once both agree and confirm, then if client does not show up, his profile gets 1 negative point. Same with Driver. If message says 5 minutes, and does not show up, then driver gets a negative point for every minute delay

This way both know the schedule, and no one wastes time in frustration
