Harvesting Rain Water that drains into the Sea

Surely we can think of better ways of saving Rain Water that otherwise gets drained into the Sea. Below is a very simple solution provided. If this can be implemented, a good percentage of it could help recharge the water table.
This will help societies who draw ground water for non potable purposes. The 3 inch pipe is fitted below the manhole, so that maintenance is easy, should it get clogged with plastic films etc. The height above the PCC bed is to be ascertained by trial, to ensure maximum yield of clear water. Once the ground gets recharged, the area water table rises, benefiting all. This water can be used for gardening, washing and other non potable purposes




Hacking of my Kotak Mahindra Account


I have your card, because I have an account at your Bank at Four Bungalows junction (Andheri west). The Account was opened only because of convenience and to meet any emergency.
My interaction with your current staff has been negligible.
Today, While on my return from Downtown, I received this message as copied below. On alighting, I walked straight into the Bank and asked for action as someone is attempting to hack my account.

Regret your staff response & assistance at this branch, leaves much to be desired. The less said the better. Appreciate if you can investigate the matter and let me know.

As a senior citizen, I do not expect to run around trying to resolve the case. I assume your team would do it for me and ensure my money is in safe hands.

I got a call this morning (30th May 2017 - 07:01am) from 022 42137181, by your lady staff (name withheld). She said she wanted to Block My Debit Card, My Mobile Banking and My Net Banking. The reason being this way the account is secure, and when I feel the need I should visit the Branch, and request to unblock. Then the risk of operating is mine. I find this wierd thinking. I lodge an FIR of a criminal threatening my life, and the Police places me under house arrest, so that my life is not endangered. Then why have a Bank, if my Money cannot be protected.

Received a call this evening (31st May) from Ms Hemlata Singh.
She empathised with me and assured to address all my concerns within 2 days.

I shall wait.

It is now a month(29th June) since Kotak staff called to investigate the matter. They have blocked my Card the past 2 months, but have the temerity to charge me for the same. (see below) What a bunch of cheats. And they are not able to revert and inform from where my card was being hacked.

Is UBER UnOrganised in Mumbai......




The past few attempts with booking a Uber has been very very frustrating

Last week we were made to wait for over 45 minutes as the message said 5 minutes away, then 4 then 3 then 1 and again 5 minutes away,.
The map showed the vehicle close then moving ahead of location.
This cat and mouse continued for over 45 minutes.

Can we not have a way that when a Uber is Booked, the Driver who is assigned, immediately calls up the client and asks for location. Sometimes understanding the location maybe incorrect. Better to speak, understand and arrive on time.
Once both agree and confirm, then if client does not show up, his profile gets 1 negative point. Same with Driver. If message says 5 minutes, and does not show up, then driver gets a negative point for every minute delay

This way both know the schedule, and no one wastes time in frustration

How Long Will You Continue to Rob Me

This morning I received a call  from the Tata DoCoMo Back Office. I told him again Money has been deducted from my Account. He challenged me to show the deduction. Now he can see it below deducted yesterday.


 The Person who spoke to me can be identified by this calling time screenshot.





If I was told my connection is disconnected in September why do you keep Billing me..

This morning after attempting to test check the instrument, for reasons unknown, the dead Instrument came to Life. 
A while later the Techie called up on the same line, and when told the instrument has started, he said then I will close the complaint.
They did as can be read in below message.
Not sure what resolution was provided by customer services. Were they waiting to hear of this and close the complaint. Is this how Tata Docomo resolves customer complaints

Regret after 3 days of calling the Helpline I started posting on the FB page of Tata Docomo.
The Quality of Service is deplorable. They have one line which is copied and pasted to all complaints. Appreciate if the line could read as... we will resolve your issue in the next 3 hours.
That's what we expect of a Tata name in the business
