The Rajya Sabha should consist only of members representative from the Various Registered Bodies in he Country.
Members should be selected from the various segments of Society viz: Medical, Legal, Engineering, Workers Trade Unions, Chambers of Commerce, Builders Lobby, Artists, Painters, Writers, Movies etc etc.
There should be a selection procedure, where by quotas are set for each profession etc.
If any person loses an election, it would be incorrect to let him be accommodated through the Rajya Sabha route as a Political handout.
