Mediclaim and Raksha TPA .......... A Misnomer

Why is it that after having been paying our premiums the past two decades
when one falls ill and a claim is made, they seek to deduct

Why is it they decide what to pay for & how much to pay to.
Can we not have a Code, and the premiums paid accordingly,
so that when the time arrives to receive, there is NO deductions

as the Treatment and Medicines are as per Doctors advice.

They can question the Doctor later, but the client has to be Paid first
These are not Cashless encounters.

If they can publish a list of Doctors they do not accept on their website,
then we the client can decide which Insurance company we register with.
Initially I received a message asking for the very documents submitted.
Showed them the Photocopy of it. Instead of rejecting, they identified other documents as not available. They could have again written asking for it.
If there is any Test conducted, which is not necessary, the Doctor should be challenged by competent Authority
Appreciate if they reconsider and ask me to resubmit the documents they seek as missing from my submission.
Also Raksha needs to set up a mechanism where they check the submission
and instantly ask for the missing if any, and not put the patients relatives to further misery.
