Tree Crashes
It is unfortunate to notice that with the first showers every year, Trees begin to crash at an alarming rate. The reason being the roots have not been able to sink into the earth. What we need for every tree that is planted on the pavement or kerbs is to allow ample space around the trunk. This is pure earth, unpaved in any manner. Part of the rain water that flows into the drains, can be harvested within proximity of the tree. This will help the roots spread as it travels in search of water. Spread of roots means it has a firm grip on the earth and will not easily yield to the slightest wind.

Mediclaim and Raksha TPA .......... A Misnomer
Why is it that after having been paying our premiums the past two decades
when one falls ill and a claim is made, they seek to deduct
Why is it they decide what to pay for & how much to pay to.
Can we not have a Code, and the premiums paid accordingly,
so that when the time arrives to receive, there is NO deductions
as the Treatment and Medicines are as per Doctors advice.
They can question the Doctor later, but the client has to be Paid first
These are not Cashless encounters.
If they can publish a list of Doctors they do not accept on their website,
then we the client can decide which Insurance company we register with.

Initially I received a message asking for the very documents submitted.
Showed them the Photocopy of it. Instead of rejecting, they identified other documents as not available. They could have again written asking for it.
If there is any Test conducted, which is not necessary, the Doctor should be challenged by competent Authority
Appreciate if they reconsider and ask me to resubmit the documents they seek as missing from my submission.
Also Raksha needs to set up a mechanism where they check the submission
and instantly ask for the missing if any, and not put the patients relatives to further misery.

Swachh Bharat.....Bright India
The Campaign of a Clean India has caught the peoples imagination and is inching ahead. But with every proposal, we need to evaluate the impact of job creation through it.
I have written many times earlier our next campaign should be for a Bright India. By this I mean we should enact a Law that in all Metros, Buildings should be painted once every 10 years.
This one law will create millions of jobs at the lower strata, be it in establishing of paint factories, contractors for structural repairs, painting, scaffolding etc
Structures will be secure, and jobs galore. Time we enacted.

Dear Sir/Madam
The above mentioned pension policy is taken on 14.02.2019 with yearly mode of pension.
Hence the yearly pension of Rs.12000.00 along with broken period pension for the period from 14.02.2018 to 28.02.2018
is payable on 01.03.2019.
Kindly note that the yearly pension of Rs.12000.00 is payable on 1st of march every year.

As per above mail I was to get my Pension today, and yet like all other services, they do not mind delaying an Old Mans Pension unless their palms are greased it seems. Regret this attitude after spending a lifetime in service
Hope someone in Authority reads this and takes action against the official who has failed in his/her duty.
Thinking this is an assured Pension Plan I opted for it because it said
LIC Pradhanmantri Vaya Vandana Yojana
Can Someone explain why the amount has not been credited till date.
Maybe it's time to independently investigate if there is a fraud being committed

Why Wait Until Dark
My wife and I have been with Mediclaim from 2decades or more
Regular premiums paid, No issues on that till date
Today we are both retired.
Unfortunately tragedy befell my wife when sight of one eye got
badly affected and ability to recognise reduced to nil.
She had to be urgently operated as we could not wait for cashless
modes etc considering the gravity of the situation
Bills for almost Rs 70,000/- plus have been submitted a day later to the agent
who delayed it by a couple of days due to the BEST strike
Now my letters are not being responded to
We are not as rich to hold on for so long
Will someone look into the matter and expedite
