The test of True democracy will be when all political parties hold their primary elections to select representatives from each area. Citizens of the area who are members of this political party get the opportunity to select who will represent them in the elections.
The selected members of each party when elected select their leader of parliament. He will either be the Prime leader or Leader of Opposition.
This will ensure there is no para troopers, and all are representatives of their regions.
