Amazon......Where is my Order ......when you say Delivered

I paid for a Trimmer needed urgently due to this Lock down. It said June 15th it will be delivered.
On the date I received a message saying it will be delivered on the date
Waited the entire day. No call or message
Searched the entire site to send a message.

Late night when i was checking the status it said item is delivered. Appreciate an investigation, to know who has received my item or has it been kept by the delivery boy.  
Regret Amazon has No means of getting a feedback of Non Delivery other than star ratings





You need to earn by your Service, Not by Cheating your customers

It's absolutely No Wonder, that a bubbling store of Vodafone at Four Bungalows at the start of the Millennium, is today more like a haunted house, with the lost look within. No more the vibrant staff, or any of the soft music and excited clients.

How did they get to this situation. Somewhere, someone thought that you need to make money at all costs and show profits to your Shareholders. Thus began the journey to hell. 

A few years earlier when Vodafone launched the portable dongle,
I was one of the early birds who picked one for an emergency when the Internet was down.
After a year I realized I was paying for a package, that I rarely used so discontinued it.



Beginning June, there was an outage on the Internet, 
so I decided to buy a new sim and use it in emergencies. Earlier they had facilities to test the dongle with a new sim. But now all the laptops had disappeared as they were crumbling.

The person who gave me the product was kind enough and said you try it out at home.
Came home and it did not work. So i returned to the store the next day and informed that it did not work. He said maybe you try on another Desktop or Laptop. I went home and tried on all neighborhood machines. It did not work. A couple of days later I went to the store and asked the staff who sold me the plan to cancel my sim as it does not work anywhere and the dongle is not supported. He said I cannot cancel as it is fixed for 3 months, so any cancellation happens only after 3 months. I told him I was not told of this when you sold it. He had no answer.

Can someone please explain how long will this cheat and plunder continue

I always suspected HDFC' policy of levying charges on the unknown

Further to my followup with Aditya Birla the amount debited was reversed well on time.This can be seen in the statement below
The date the payment was due I made a online transfer of the balance amount
Now HDFC has the Temerity to levy Finance Charges on a Transaction that never was due.

We need the Government Auditors to check HDFC accounts to understand on how many unsuspecting clients they have levied such unwarranted Fines in the past 10 years. The incorrect amount if levied shall be reversed and twice the
value credited to the clients account. This will ensure HDFC does not cheat it's clients in future.
