HDFC LIFE Premium Paid Receipts are NOT being Issued


I have similar email correspondence which can be shared here. From 4 months I have been told the systems are down. How does HDFC Life function like this with such callousness. My Relationship Manager says he cannot do anything about it. The screenshots below of my chat are there for you to decide.

I looked at the image sent. It is a capture on camera.
So where is the original receipt

Appreciate if you can send me the Balance 4 receipts as 
similar to the one sent yesterday

Also regret my time and effort was of no use.
Having come all the way to your Bank-Desk, 
and not being able to access my account or details

I am not sure if the logic of 2 accounts linked to 1 email id is the issue.
There is something inherently incorrect either in the program or in what we do

Hope we get this resolved soon and I be able to access my Insurance Accounts
You have promised to send me the 4 receipts by tomorrow positive
and we resolve this login issue at HDFC life by Wednesday

Also if you can send me the image of the receipt, why not give me the original
This and the other 4 is what I have been asking for.

Was shocked and surprised when you said you may have destroyed the receipt
of Payment which was sent to me as an image

I will appreciate if you can get copies of the same ASAP
Time is running out. Unnecessarily I will have to pay Taxes 
which could have otherwise been saved.

refer our telecon of today.

Regret you are not able to get the Payment Receipts 
because of the system being down at all 4 centres
ie: Borivili, Goregaon, Khar and Bandra

You have only been assuring me that I will receive it soon.
I want to know if the loss I incur due to this non fulfillment of service 
will be borne by HDFC Life or.....

Because I have very limited time to file my Tax Returns
Hope I do not have to visit the Consumer Court to get a redressal

You have been telling me it will be soon

Please find the Acknowledgement receipt attached to this mail as received 
from the HDFC Life Insurance relationship Manager

Although the Auto Debit was done a month earlier, I am not sure why the delay
Later I issued a cheque for the same, not to delay on timely payment of my dues

The cheque too was issued a fortnight earlier,
and after a long chase, I managed to get a scan shot of a receipt 
which is attached to this mail
but when I asked why yesterdays date on receipt,
he said it is because the Print out was taken yesterday

You can always call on him and confirm this

Maybe he is overworked, and its the month of Fast too.

The money has so far not been debited from my wife's account
But for sure I receive reminder mails for NO fault of mine

Can you investigate and let me know what's the status and why such mails when I have paid in advance
