Regret the weighing scale does not function.
On receipt I did a test weight.Today when I wanted to prepare a formulation and set the scale , unfortunately when I switch it ON, in a few seconds it says Lo   
whatever that means and switches off
Your ideas how to resolve this issue, as I need a scale for my work. Await response
