The Better Way to Resolve this Scandal

 

The better way to resolve this scandal is to have the names of all Directors of the Companies involved, with their PAN Nos, Aadhar Nos and Passport Nos. These numbers then get Blacklisted. Once Black listed, these numbers cannot be part of any syndicate or company that gets awarded any government or semi government contract.

Who is the Minority

 

The Government must lay down the norm for being classified as a minority.

Their population should not exceed the single digit. ie: 9% of the Total.

Only those communities, caste or creeds that are below 9% shall be termed as minority. The rest shall be classified as second / third largest majority.
