A Government is elected to Govern. Power being a basic necessity, it is necessary that the authorities concerned ensure its availability at all times. For this it is necessary to ensure, no matter how small every member who consumes power pays for it. It would be bad play if the Government decides to condone theft of power as an excuse to vote bank politics. Time to light the Lamp within all of us, and take the country forward.
