DoorDarshan must ensure all its programmes are not Delhi centric or urban oriented. They must go down to different states and towns and conduct their debates and seminars. This will ensure the opinions and voices of the common man in rural India are also heard and understood. DD must also conduct programmes that show how a problem existed and how it was tackled and resolved. This could be an enlightener for those in other states to emulate. Also a channel must be dedicated to proceedings of Parliament and State Assemblies. You will agree that a major part of citizen's lives are decided by the happenings in these Institutions.
