and then I got a message that the recharge failed. So I did a repeat, as can be seen in below statement of my Bank Account.

Can you Please revert the Rs 2999 back to my Account

Hidden Costs when it comes to a refund

I placed an order for a Voltage Stabilizer for my PC, when instead I had to order a UPS system. On realizing my mistake I immediately set out to cancel the Order, and thought I could order a UPS later

To my surprise an hour later I got the paid amount credited to my Bank Account (marked in Red) less Rs 50/-

If Amazon has a Refund Policy that says No Deductions, then why this now. 
Earlier too Amazon committed a fraud, and there is No Redressal system on their website
