Just finished watching the Olympics - Badminton Singles.
One piece of advice for all coaches.
Know the background of the players who play opposite your student
Know the opponents strengths and weakness.
Strategise on exploiting the opponents weakness
and not yielding to their strength.
Victory for sure is ours. This law applies to all singular games.
For Team games like Football and Hockey,
the strategy is not to score a goal at the initial stages
as much as to keep the ball between our legs or sticks
Tire the opponent is the rule of the game, and Victory is ours.
Goals in both these team games should be attempted in the last 10 minutes
when the opposite team members have no stamina to run with us.
