It is Time we started to post all records online both Professional and Academic. University Grants Commission will Authorise recognised Universities, who in turn would authorise recognised Colleges, who in turn would share the Academic or Professional results of their students who appeared for all Public exams. This one act would ensure fairplay and to the benefit of all.
