Maybe a better idea is in future to involve College Graduates and Post Graduates. Involving the Youth in Poll duties teaches them the importance of their franchise, in selecting a Government of their choice. Polling officers have to be between the age of 18 - 30 yrs.
This one change will bring about the desired change in our polity.
