'Indians worried about economic future'.... A small step in governance will change this worry. The Government needs to enact a law that stipulates all Housing Societies paint their buildings once every 10 years. The incentive to do this is that they get a discount in the property tax. This one act will generate huge employment, cause distribution of wealth and a huge demand in building materials.
