Got a a call from one Ashok +911243633716 who heard me for 1m 18s and disconnected.
But after that I keep getting messages as earlier
and a mail asking me to Pay for something they never delivered or gave or I asked for
I have been constantly telling them I do not have/ want your card, so please leave me alone, unless you want me to file a lawsuit on SBI for mental torture of a Senior Citizen. Remember I am 69 years today
and I have Advocates who will fight my case and recover from you damages in excess of 1Cr.
Also you do not have any re-dressal mechanism. Just shoot and Scoot
You send me messages/SMS. I want to respond. There is No way I can
Resolve these first and see how India rises up against you
Got a call from Rajesh Kumar now( 9th December at 11:37 am. Spoke for 4 minutes 46 seconds) who said he is from SBI. The number he called from is +911243633799
Told him in no uncertain terms that I do not want your Card. Have not accepted it, so where is the question of Billing it to me.
He wanted my security details which I refused to divulge as I did get a few Cheat Calls like this last week too.
I received a chat message on my whatsapp. The script has been saved and posted below
The above photos this person sent I saved on my PC. Then he/she deleted the same.
Received a call this morning from +919339113681. Said he was from SBI Gurgaon.
Towards the end of the conversation, I told him as a Senior Citizen I do not want to get
into anything further and just stop my Card. At which point he started abusing my dead mother.
It would be nice if someone from SBI could listen to the conversation, and tell this Gentleman, Not to Use abusive language ever.

Is this the way to resolve an issue where none exists. See Screenshot below
I write the below displayed letter and in response I get as in trail.
If they block clients messages for whatever reason, then why have a
re-dressal system. Simply rename to the quality of service being provided.
